At a glance
- Distributor: Riddara Automobile (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (บริษัท ริดดารา ออโต้โมบาย (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด), trading as GEELY RIDDARA THAILAND (Eco Sticker register, official promotion terms, 2025-11-07, Thaipost, 2026-08-23). The official site spells the company "บริษัท ริดดารา ออโตโมบิล (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด" in some campaign pages (promotion 2026-02).
- Entered Thailand: RD6 official prices announced 2024-10-29 (Autolifethailand, Sanook).
- First model launched: RD6 four-door electric pickup, four variants, ฿899,000–1,299,000.
- Models on sale (as of 2026-11-03): RD6 (4 variants, MY2026), Econ (1 variant: 63 kWh 2WD) and Econ L (2 variants) — 7 variants, ฿739,000–1,299,000 (Thaipost, 2026-08-23, Autolifethailand, 2026-08-21, Eco Sticker register).
- Dealers: 29 (8 Greater Bangkok + 21 provincial) in August 2026, target 40 sales-and-service sites by end-2026 (Thaipost).
- Current price band: ฿739,000 (Econ 63 kWh 2WD) – ฿1,299,000 (RD6 86 kWh 4WD), Eco Sticker suggested retail prices.
- Import: all models CBU from China ("นำเข้า CBU จีน" — Autolifethailand, Econ L, Autolifethailand, Econ). Every Eco Sticker entry names the factory as Shandong Tangjun Ouling Automobile Manufacture Co., Ltd., China (Eco Sticker register, RD6 PRO 2WD entry, read 2026-11-03).
Riddara is Geely Holding's pickup brand. The official Thai site describes Radar New Energy Automobile (Zhejiang) as the Geely Holding company behind it, with an electric drive system developed from Geely's S.E.A architecture and a dedicated pickup platform called M.A.P. (Multiplex Attached Platform) (thailand.riddara.com). The RD6 is a unibody pickup with a claimed 30,300 N·m/deg torsional rigidity (official RD6 page); Thairath credits the design to Peter Horbury (Thairath, 2026-03-23).
Riddara dominates Thailand's small electric-pickup segment: the distributor claims 85% of new-energy pickup registrations in January–July 2026 (1,177 of 1,384 units) and fourth place among all four-door pickups in June and July 2026 (Thaipost, Autolifethailand, 2026-08-17).
Thai spelling. ริดดารา — the official company name (บริษัท ริดดารา ออโต้โมบาย) and Autolifethailand's tag. The trade name in press releases is จีลี่ ริดดารา (GEELY RIDDARA).
Brand vs Geely. Riddara is catalogued as its own brand, not under
Geely: the Eco Sticker register files it as brand "RIDDARA" (so does
the DLT open data, per an earlier sweep [unverified]), it
has its own Thai site and importer separate from Geely Thailand, and
Motor Expo 2026 lists "GEELY RIDDARA" (400 m²) as an exhibitor separate
from "GEELY" (1,204 m²)
(Autolifethailand booth plan, 2026-11-02).
Distribution & business
Riddara Automobile (Thailand) Co., Ltd. imports and distributes the brand; it is the importer of record on all nine Riddara entries in the Office of Industrial Economics' Eco Sticker register (car.ecosticker.go.th, searched 2026-11-03). Executives named in Thai press: Cao Feng (มร. เฉา เฟิง), general manager (Thairath, 2026-03-23, Autolifethailand, 2026-02-24), and อาคิรา นิสภกุล (Akira; English surname spelling not published), sales director (Thaipost).
Sales. About 1,000 units in 2025, the first full year
(Autolifethailand, 2026-02-24;
Thairath says "more than 1,000" and a claimed 98% share of Thai EV
pickups — Thairath).
Thaipost's August 2026 release conflicts: it says January–July 2026
(1,396) was 84% above full-year 2025, which implies about 760 units for
2025 [unverified] — the two figures may count sales vs registrations
(Thaipost).
1,396 units in January–July 2026, up 185% year on year; retail/fleet
split 66/34
(Autolifethailand, 2026-08-17).
The 2026 target was raised from 3,000 (February) to 5,000 (August)
(Autolifethailand, 2026-02-24,
Autolifethailand, 2026-08-17).
Local assembly: none. The distributor says a Thai plant only makes sense above about 3,000 units a year, and may also consider assembling PHEVs locally (Autolifethailand, 2026-02-24).
Headquarters. The importer's address on every Eco Sticker entry is
295 Lat Pla Khao Road (ถนนลาดปลาเค้า), Bangkok 10230
(Eco Sticker register,
read 2026-11-03). Autolifethailand reports the Thai head office moving
from central Bangkok to a flagship showroom in Lam Luk Ka, on the
parent company's instruction [unverified] — reported as "กระแสข่าว"
(reports), new address not published
(Autolifethailand, 2026-02-24).
Call centre 02 039 5777 (thailand.riddara.com).
Showrooms
The official dealer locator is rendered by a script and lists no addresses in its HTML (showroom page), so individual sites are not tabulated here.
| Date | Network size | Source |
|---|---|---|
| End-2025 | 12 sales-and-service sites | Autolifethailand, 2026-02-24 |
| 2026-03-23 | 15 dealers; target 38 in 2026 | Thairath |
| 2026-08-23 | 29 dealers (8 Greater Bangkok, 21 provincial); target 40 by end-2026 | Thaipost |
Service centers
Service is through the dealer network; the service interval is every 12 months or 20,000 km, whichever comes first (official RD6 terms, Oct 2025, official RD6 terms, Nov 2025, autospinn), and the Econ costs about ฿1,000 per visit (Thairath; the official Econ page says no more than ฿1,000 per visit). A 1,200 m² parts warehouse (30,000+ parts) and a roadside-assistance promise of answer within 5 minutes, on site within 30 minutes are 2026 plans (Autolifethailand, 2026-02-24).
Charging network partners
Partnerships signed at the 2026 Bangkok Motor Show with ZEEDA ENERGY (home-charger installation) and iGreen+ (public charging); Thairath gives the combined network as 300+ stations, 60+ of them in Greater Bangkok (Thairath, 2026-03-23). Monthly campaigns include a free home charger (promotion 2026-02).
Warranty terms
Same on every model (official promotion terms, official Econ terms, Sanook, Autolifethailand, Econ L, autospinn):
- Vehicle: 6 years / 150,000 km
- High-voltage battery: 8 years / 200,000 km (autospinn: motor, electronic controls and traction battery 8 years / 200,000 km)
- 12 V battery: 1 year / 20,000 km (autospinn)
- Roadside assistance: 24 h, 6 years
- Free maintenance: first 6 services (parts + labour for filters and checks, ~฿6,500) in the RD6 campaigns (official terms)
- Wallbox: free home charger with installation (cable run up to 15 m) in most campaigns — a campaign benefit, not a fixed inclusion
Body rust protection
The official site claims no internal rust within 6 years and no perforation within 12 years (thailand.riddara.com).
RD6 — four-door electric lifestyle pickup
Riddara's first and main Thai model: a 5.26 m double-cab unibody pickup sold as "drive like an SUV, function like a pickup", with single-motor RWD ("2WD") or dual-motor AWD ("4WD"), and LFP or ternary (NMC) batteries.
Lineage & platform
- Generation: first generation; Thai launch 2024-10-29. The launch cars were marketed as "RD6 2025" (Sanook); the August 2026 update is marketed as RD6 MY2026 (Thaipost).
- Platform: M.A.P. (Multiplex Attached Platform); e-drive developed from Geely S.E.A (thailand.riddara.com).
- Architecture: 400 V class. Riddara does not publish a system voltage, but the Eco Sticker register gives each pack's nominal voltage: 364.0 V (63 kWh LFP, Gotion), 396.2 V (73.9 kWh LFP, Farasis) and 352.0 V (86 kWh NCM, Viridi E-Mobility) (register entries, read 2026-11-03; see the register table below). All are in the 400 V band; the class is read from the nominal pack voltage ◐.
- Origin: CBU, China (Autolifethailand, Econ). Factory: Shandong Tangjun Ouling Automobile Manufacture Co., Ltd. (every register entry).
- Eco Sticker / DLT names: the register lists the RD6 as RD6 2WD (63 kWh), RD6 PRO 2WD (73.9 kWh), RD6 86KWH 2WD, HORIZON 4WD (73.9 kWh), HORIZON PRO 4WD (86 kWh) and HORIZON PRO 4WD SUNROOF — "Horizon" is the 4WD RD6, not a separate model. The kWh mapping comes from matching each entry's price, range and battery chemistry to the press price lists (Eco Sticker register).
- Model year. Riddara markets the August 2026 cars as RD6 MY2026 (Thaipost). The register's own "model year" field is inconsistent (2024 on RD6 2WD / RD6 PRO 2WD / HORIZON 4WD / HORIZON PRO 4WD, 2025 on RD6 86KWH 2WD and HORIZON PRO 4WD SUNROOF, with start of production 2026 on all), so it is not used for the catalogue's model years.
Eco Sticker register entries (read 2026-11-03)
Search "RIDDARA" at car.ecosticker.go.th
returns nine entries, all importer บริษัท ริดดารา ออโต้โมบาย (ประเทศไทย)
จำกัด, body "รถกระบะ สองตอน" (double-cab pickup), 5 seats, factory
Shandong Tangjun Ouling (China). The register does not name the range
test cycle; every figure matches the NEDC figures the brand publishes.
"Weight" is the register's two-number range (lower figure presumably
curb weight, upper presumably gross vehicle weight [unverified] — the
field is not labelled).

Battery suppliers conflict with Autolifethailand's May 2026 round-up, which gives Gotion for every 73 kWh LFP pack and "VMT" for the 86 kWh NMC (Autolifethailand, 2026-05-21); the register is used.

The same day the register approved fresh entries (start of production 2026) for all six RD6 variants, including the 63 kWh 2WD and the Sunroof. |

Discontinued variants.
- RD6 63 kWh 2WD (฿899,000) — last price-listed in the Motor Expo 2025 list (Autolifethailand, 2025-12-01) and named in the official November–December 2025 terms (official terms). Not on the Motor Show 2026 show list (Thairath, 2026-03-23) and not in the four-variant RD6 MY2026 line-up announced at BIG Motor Sale 2026 (Thaipost, 2026-08-23). Against that: the register re-approved it on 2026-03-23 (start of production 2026) and still shows ฿899,000, and Autolifethailand's 2026-05-21 battery round-up still lists an RD6 63 kWh. Discontinued date recorded as 2026-08-21 ◐ — the first regular line-up without it; there is no official end-of-sale notice and the car may have stayed on sale from stock after the show list dropped it.
- RD6 86 kWh 4WD Panoramic Roof (฿1,335,000) — same evidence: in the 2025-12-01 list and the official October and November 2025 terms, not on the 2026-03-23 show list or in the 2026-08-21 MY2026 line-up; re-approved in the register on 2026-03-23, still ฿1,335,000 there. Discontinued date 2026-08-21 ◐.

A long-wheelbase Econ with a bed 240 mm longer (1,765 mm; Autolifethailand says close to an extended-cab pickup's bed) on a 3,310 mm wheelbase, a new 73 kWh LFP pack and 90 kW DC charging.
