Terms of Service

evchu shows prices, valuations, cost-of-ownership estimates, buy-or-wait verdicts and time-to-target estimates computed from data we collect. Every figure is dated and shows the sample it rests on. Figures are estimates, not offers, quotes, appraisals or guarantees, and they can be wrong or out of date.

evchu is not a dealer, a broker, a lender or a financial adviser. Nothing on evchu is investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Decisions about buying, selling, keeping or financing a vehicle are yours.

You need an account (email or Sign in with Apple) to use the Garage, price targets, follows, the sell flow and notifications. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for what is done with it. You can delete your account and its data at any time from the Account screen in the app.

evchu+ is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store. The price and period are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its terms.

evchu+ may be offered with an introductory free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription at the price shown. Each Apple Account is eligible for the trial once per subscription group.

The features included in evchu+ are the ones listed on the evchu+ screen in the app at the time of purchase. We may add to them; we will not remove a listed feature during a paid period.

When you publish a for-sale card you choose what contact details appear on it (a LINE id, and a phone number only if you switch it on). The card is public and shareable. You confirm the car is yours to sell and that the details are accurate, and you can withdraw the card at any time.

evchu is not a party to any sale. We do not take payments, hold funds, verify buyers or sellers, or guarantee a sale. Contact between buyers and sellers happens outside evchu. We may remove a listing that is misleading, unlawful or abusive.

Do not scrape evchu at a rate that harms the service, attempt to access other people's data, tamper with prices or valuations, publish content you have no right to publish, or use evchu for anything unlawful.

evchu is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted service or error-free data. We may change or discontinue features; where a change affects evchu+, section 3 applies. To the extent the law allows, evchu is not liable for losses arising from reliance on its figures or from unavailability of the service.
