A wrong price or spec
Tell us the model, trim and the figure you saw. A link or a screenshot helps. Wrong data is the thing we most want to hear about — it is the whole point of the site.
Your data (PDPA)
Requests to access, correct, erase or object to the use of your personal data under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act. Write from the email address on the account. You can also delete the account and everything in it yourself, from the Account screen in the app.
evchu+ or the App Store
Questions about what evchu+ includes, or about something that is not working in the app. Refunds and cancellations are handled by Apple in your Apple Account settings, not by us.
Press and data
Media questions, or use of evchu figures in an article or a report. Say what you need and by when.
How fast we reply
evchu is run by one person. Expect a reply within a few days — sooner for anything about wrong data or a PDPA request.
What we cannot do
evchu is not a dealer and cannot broker a sale. We do not sell cars, arrange test drives, negotiate with dealers, take payments or pass your details to anyone. For a purchase, talk to the brand's dealer directly.
