Privacy Policy

Account: your email address (or the identifier Apple gives us when you use Sign in with Apple, which may be a private relay address), your chosen language and display name.

What you add: the cars in your Garage (trim, model year, purchase price and month, odometer, colour, nickname), your price targets and follows, and, if you list a car for sale, the asking price, province, notes and the contact details you choose to publish (a LINE id and, only if you switch it on, a phone number).

Subscription: whether your account has evchu+, and the App Store transaction and expiry that prove it. We never see your payment details; Apple handles payment.

Notifications: if you allow push notifications, the device token Apple issues for this app on your device, and a record of what we sent you.

Usage: standard server logs (IP address, request path, time) kept briefly for security and debugging. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers and we do not track you across other apps or sites.

To run the product: valuing your cars, checking your targets, sending the notifications you asked for, showing your for-sale card, and telling the App Store which account a subscription belongs to. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Only a for-sale card you publish is public: the car, the asking price, the province and notes you entered, your LINE id, and your phone number only while you keep that switch on. Everything else in your account is private to you. Hiding the phone number or withdrawing the card takes effect within seconds.

Data is stored with Supabase (database and authentication) and served through Vercel; push notifications go through Apple's notification service; subscriptions are processed by Apple. Each of these acts as a processor for evchu. Data may be stored outside Thailand.

Account data stays while your account exists. Deleting your account from the Account screen in the app removes your profile, garage, targets, follows, listings, device tokens and notification history. Price and market data that was never tied to you is not affected. Server logs are rotated within weeks.

You can see and change what you have entered in the app, export nothing more than what the app already shows you, and delete your account at any time from the Account screen in the app. Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act you can also ask us to access, correct or erase your data or object to its use: write to contact@evchu.com, the contact for data-protection requests, from the email address on your account.

evchu is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

If this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes are also announced in the app.
